quality is great, ingredient is very good for people who suffer hypothyroidism, size is fine for i think one month i am not sure but i started with one cap a day then after 2 weeks i started with 2, i ended up taking 2 in the morning on empty stomach and one before bed. this dosage was on the bottle. i noticed the benefit first on my mental health i became more calm with a good mood which i need it for a person who has temper like me. has no taste. when i checked up my thyroid (tsh) was stable and that what i was wishing for so the doctor did not add the dosage of my regular thyroid medicine.
I like that it’s a liquid gel cap. I feel it’s helping my thyroid but I’m getting bloodwork done next week and we’ll see. I’ve been off Rx thyroid meds for a month and was getting very cold when I take two I get warmed up. I will continue to take along with my Rx when I get them. I’m sticking with this.
