Hand & Body Lotion, Revitalizing Lavender, 32 oz (907 g)

I have used Avalon Organics Revitalizing Lavender hand lotion for many years. Whenever I compare other lavender lotions to it, they don't smell nearly as good as Avalon's. I believe it is a true lavender smell. It is getting harder to find these days. I hope they don't stop making it and their other Organics products, such as the Wrinkle Free facial cleansing creme also with lavender scent. Their products have always been high quality!

I love, love, love this product. The composition isn't thin but it isn't super thick either. It moisturizes well and I use it for every season. The quality of ingredients is very good with ingredients mostly organic. It feels good on my skin and you can't beat the product value or the price. I've used it for years!

I’m glad it hydrates well and it absorbs well. I put it on my damp skin and it glides well and absorbs into my skin, it even helped with the dryness of my soles. The size lasts me a long time too. I don’t use it on my sensitive areas but it works well on the areas I do use it such as my limbs and hands.

This lavender lotion is a staple in our bathroom because its calming scent is perfect for using right before bed. The formula is rich and moisturizing, but it absorbs quickly without any sticky or greasy feeling. I love that it's made with organic ingredients and is gentle enough for my whole family to use. The large pump bottle is incredibly convenient and lasts our household for months.

I was very surprised that the size of this bottle is so large when I received it. I thought I was ordering the smaller size that I had previously ordered in the lemon scent; nonetheless, it is very convenient to have in pump form, the scent is delicious smelling and overall I like it, although it is a bit on the thin side and less creamy than I would like. Also, the ingredients aren’t quite as clean/quality as in the lemon scent, which is better rated on the EWG skin website.

I chose this lotion because of the safe, natural ingredients. The lavender scent is perfect, not too weak or too strong. The formula is non-greasy and absorbs quickly. I can even use it on my face! Most lotions make my face break out - this is the first one I have ever used that I can put on my face without a bad reaction. I like the large size pump bottle. It is easy to use and will last me through the dry fall and winter months.

I like this lotion, but I don’t love the smell, but that’s just personal preference. Also, when I put on my face after a shower, I sometimes get a heated sensation. I’m not sure if this is because of the essential oils, but I don’t turn red or anything, and the feeling goes away after about 5 minutes. I like the large size.

I have been using this product for many years. I switched from lavender to the lemon scented, but now that seems to have been discontinued. My only complaint is that the scent is a notch too strong right out of the bottle, however it does not stick around for too long.
