Wtwo generations in my family have been using this vitamin to lower our cholesterol. I am not making a medical claim. It works for us . I stopped taking it for a while my numbers went up. So I’m back on it to lower my cholesterol again.

I bought this for my dad so he could wean off his statins but I didn't know how to dose it so I'm not sure if it worked. We went back to statins.
It is a good product, I normally open the capsule and pour it on a drink or food. I haven't noticed any change in my cholesterol levels yet after 3/4 of the container use
