It's a great superfood. I usually wake up moody to do anything at all, but after having a first cup of this antioxidant liquid I kinda start all of my processes - yoga, light fitness, then cooking breakfast for all of my family. I didn't know what to expect being this is my first time trying chlorophyll. If you're not a fan of the taste of algae you should try the mint flavor but besides that it gets right to work! I take it in the morning every other day due to the quality being superb due to the ingredients. Sidenote should be taken on a day off because that chlorophyll be hittin!
