It has iron, folic acid, and several types of vitamin B so it is very well rounded, potent, and effective. It helps with me energy and I do not notice any difficulty in digesting it like others. The only con is that it does have a strong medicinal/supplement smell. But, it is virtually has no taste and any remaining scent goes away quickly.
