First of all the texture is everything i love love it. the taste is neutral you can lterally add it to anything for me I add to lemon or vit c juice. Coming to the effect i think i see my dormant nails growing and baby hairs too! However its too early to conclude i will update after a while . Fingers crossed

I am using this for a few weeks now. I bought it to help my joints, skin, hair and nails. Not sure if I see any improvement yet. The taste is rather neutral. I combine with vitamine C for better absorption. It is easy to use. In the package you find a scoop. I let you know what the effect is later when I have used it for a longer time…..
