Triphala is a great herb ... when taken at night it helps digestion and when taken in the morning it helps to lose weight. We are very pleased with this product and take it seriously and highly recommend it. I shopped on the internet after Triphala for comparison, and this is arguably the best "value for your money".
Triphala is a miracle worker. My health was bad, and I took stimulating Chinese herbs that all but killed peristalsis in my gut. When nothing else helped, Triphala came to the rescue in a miraculous way. It helped me have regular, we formed bowel movements when I otherwise would have been severely constipated. Bought this good quality Triphala which has basically 3 organic ingredients of chebulic myrobalan fruit, amla fruit, and belleric myrobalan fruit. I follow the recommended dosage and also drink more water. Take note that the tablets are quite big so I take 1 at a time. With regards to taste and smell, it is ok for me.
Read about this helping with constipation since sometimes I need help with this during the second half of my cycle. The dosage I take is one at bedtime and the next day it usually helps (but in a very gentle way). Doesn’t cause any stomach upset or any trouble sleeping. Taste is fine and quality seems good, I like that the ingredients are all natural.
