I really like Tulsi, but always have to be careful of the dosage I'm taking, as it seems that if I take more than one capsule a day it lowers my body temperature. I only found out by accident that it may actually interfere with thyroid function, and I'm not quite sure what it is doing for me. Brahmi = bacopa monieri is supposed to rather help increase body temperature, and I have taken it to help when I take too much Tulsi.

I've used these supplements on a few occassions recently, and they do the trick! I was feeling anxious and took the recommended dose and after about 45 minutes felt a sense of calm which was a huge benefit. I tend to like this brand bc of their high quality ingredients.

I've always found Holy Basil relaxing, especially at night. I am always reluctant to take products if I can get them as teas; however, I was thoroughly impressed with the convenience of this product. I noticed improvements in sleep and relaxation, with less overall stress during the day. Overall, great quality supplement by Source Naturals. I would highly recommend!
