I have used goldenseal root for close to 20 years. It is unmatched for immune support, and is also good for liver health. I take it as soon as I feel like I'm coming down with something.

I like Nature's Way Goldenseal, its very potent. I usually take 2000 mg daily when I have bronchitis symptoms or any type of pneumonia-ish thing gping on....Goldenseal paired with Gingeroot is a real 1 2 punch for any type of illness...You definitely want a bottle somewhere in the house!

This really makes a big difference to my digestive symptoms. It helps to relieve bloating, gas. Really seeing the benefit. I find it soothing. The only thing is the price. I find that it has crept up. Not sure if it’s to do with supply and demand or it’s hard to get the ingredients. The dosage I take is usually 2 in the morning. Size is fine. Great quality product 😊

I got these for baby care. This is phenomenal for umbillical cord care. A capsule can be opened and a little sprinkled on/around the stump. Repeat a few times. It will dry and heal up super fast. It's also anticeptic. Way better than rubbing alcohol.
