Great product. I had to take it with a lot of water and Magnesium. It did make me super tired, however this is to be expected when cleansing. I had 3 strands of E-coli from going on vacation to Mexico and this got rid of all of it. I highly recommend it. Just make sure you drink lots of water and be expected to be tired.
It is hard to find an herbal intestinal cleanse/parasite cleanse that has such high quality ingredients. An excellent blend of a number of the most highly regarded herbs for intestinal cleansing. I recommend lining up several bottles of SCRAM! and several 260 capsule bottles of Intestinal Drawing Formula (also made by HealthForce SuperFoods) in advance if you need to do an intensive cleanse. Also, I'd add several 180 capsule bottles of Garden of Life's Primal Defense ULTRA Probiotic Formula to optimize the cleanse/detox/rebuild program. This stuff works!

I went through the bottle while I was on a juice fast. The addition of enzymes makes it very powerful. Definitely make some creatures in my body very uncomfortable :D will repeat the course for sure.

The benefits are really good but make sure you drink plenty of water throughout the day. It can constipate you so eat and drink foods accordingly.
