I take this once/day. It takes away all the cramps and bloating. I hardly can notice when its 'that' time anymore. I definately recommend.

I use it for 3 months almost and I feel a difference. I am less irritated before the period and more balanced mood wise most of the month. I can recomend it hapilly!

This supplement has worked so well for me! I suffered from discomfort a few days before the start of my period and from cramps during it. After taking these pills for 2 months, I could not believe how effective they were.

I recently came to someone recommending Chasteberry supplement to help regulate menstrual cycle and hormones. I findaly decided to try it , so far so good. No bad smell or taste. The package is made of glass which I appriciate and its size is small so its convinient enough to take it in your purse. Ingredients are as clean as they can be therefore I am expecting it to be good quality. Will write another review later on when I have more time on the supplement.
