Have used this product for a few years now.. It creates heat in the body drying up phlem & also puts heat in the stomach..A definite whenever l feel a cold coming ...Highly recommend if you have slow digestion as well...
This is good old ayur formula. Strong spices, creates heat. Kills candida, increases digestion. Those are my experiences anyway. Has a whole range of application.
I took these to help my digestion move better, and it works. Come to think of it, I have had some phlegm in my throat and nose that seem to have disappeared, but my original intention for using it was to help balance a kapha imbalance.
First, Planetary Herbal products are always of high quality. Next, this product and this ancient formula actually works! Ginger, black pepper and long pepper combined are working against colds. As soon as my nose gets more wet, I take this directly. Actually, because it is affordable, I use this during the autumn and winter months daily. No more wet noses for me!
This supplement helps me a lot during winter times but just now I saw that there is a dehydrated honey in it. Is it possible to start supply the combination of Planetary herbs withouth honey- ''The three spices sinux complex'' ?
This stuff used to be sold by another company resp 11 was the name. I think this is good to take as a general supplement regardless.
I bought about 10 bottles of this product because it was the cheapest product for such a high concentration. Unfortunately, when I take the 1g tablet, I do not feel it working as i do with my usual 500mg trikatu pills. I wanted to use this for my digestion but it seems this complex works better for sinus than digestion. I do have sinus issues and these were resolved while taking this product, although I had to take more than 1tablet at a time. It is an effective product, but I was really hoping for a stronger effect since I was taking 1g tablets.
I have only just begun taking these pills, so I can't comment on any beneficial effects. The pills seem to be coated with a substance that is sticky and tastes like hot peppers. I have tried to swallow them as quickly as possible, to minimise the taste, but because of the stickiness, it is hard to swallow one of these pills. Chasing it down with lots of water helps a little. I suggest that the manufacturer modifies the coating ASAP!
