Echinacea Astragalus & Reishi, 100 Vegan Capsules

I used this 3-ingredients formula for sore throat for 4 days, it worked well. The recommended dose is 3 capsules 3 times a day - quite a lot, so this bottle will last only for 11days. Echinacea boosts immune function, relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and have antiviral and antioxidant effects. Astragalus also protects and supports the immune system, helps with colds and upper respiratory infections, and is good for the liver. Reishi enhances the immune system, reduce stress, improve sleep, and lessen fatigue.

I take this a few weeks before traveling to boost my immune system so I don't get run down or sick from exhaustion due to jetlag. If I feel a sore throat coming on I take them before going to bed with a vitamin C and wake up the next morning feeling fine.
