We always have elderberry on hand, just in case one of us gets a cold. We tried Nature's Way, and found that it does its job and its affordable too. Highly recommended.
I enjoyed these. They're easy to take and portable to take on trips. I also prefer elderberry in tea with echinacea. Elderberry is best as a preventative measure before you get sick, at the first line of defense.
