I bought these for my daughter who suffers from HS. She is thirteen so I was so happy to find that she doesn't mind taking them. No strong taste, as I remember Oil of Oregano having. We have yet to see if the benefits we are hoping for are received, but she only takes them every other day so it may be some time before we really know.

Quality ingredients in a manageable size. This does have an oregano taste. The benefit of the antiviral and antibacterial properties of oregano oil seem to help the immune system.
