This is an outstanding, high-quality product that works wonderfully as a digestive aid, even better than pricey digestive enzymes supplements. It is way more affordable and way more effective and beneficial. The recommended dose is two pills three times daily (which totals to six per day). Understand that you don't have to take this many. If using it as a digestive aid, the best way to take it is right after your meal (like your last bite and last swallow). If you know you're going to be eating something that always upsets your stomach (like a pizza for example), take 2 right after eating it; but if you're eating something much easier on your stomach, 1 pill right after eating is all you'll need. Taking your Myrrh supplement this way will make it last much longer for you so that you're not overbuying it; plus, it still works.

Purchase to have on hand when sick with a cold. I have found that it helps with breathing issues. But please research on your own. The capsules are easy size to swallow - with a bit of an after taste. This is the second bottle I have purchased from this company over the years.

It's not always easy stopping chronic diarrhea. I don't have that fortunately but I often herx from my antimicrobials. Myrrh gum is a really great supplement that similarily to binders bind to the waste and toxins in the gut. I always have this at home in case needed

First time ordering a supplement from this brand and myrrh gum in general, the packaging is very good and the supplement seems to be of high quality, I find the slight taste and aroma very pleasant

Haven't taken in a while but worked decent. Easy to swallow and take. Works great to boost immunity and help with pain. Highly recommend these as well esp if you have joint pain.

Myrrh is a resin from the bark of some Commiphora trees, native to the Arabian peninsula and northeastern Africa. I use it to help me with stomach pain which I have often. It is tasteless but the size easy to swallow. It contains only the tree resin as an ingredient and the capsule is plant derived. I think the product is good quality.
