As with Methylene Blue, Niacinamide is also useful for reducing reductive stress, as it increases NAD+ by providing fuel for the rate limiting enzyme for creating it, NAMPT. Methylene blue in combination with niacinamide is particularly potent at reducing reductive stress and increasing cellular ATP energy.
i bought this for my brother for anxiety as it helps to improve the skin cell and overall health while im taking it to hopefully help my acne skin improve. Now my skin seems to be better and clearer but i feel choosing healthier and fresh food without acne triggering simulantors such as alcohol, dairy carbs seems to be working.
The potency ingredient are great, quality and the small size in the package, the folic acid helps for my anemic condition, it's really help for my energy, good metabolism my digestion, help my nervous system, good thing is there will not have niacin flushing effect, the taste of niacin was great.

Very happy with this niacinamide supplement. The 500 mg dose is convenient, and I appreciate that it’s truly non-flushing — no redness or uncomfortable warmth after taking it. Tried some other brands but this is my go to with good quality of the brand and size is easy to swallow with daily dosage. Benefits are good and been using this supplements for two yrs, I didnt have any side effects, no taste and it suits us. Definitely the best supplements for us. Works well to get more energy, the amount could have been a little lower, but i don't mind, as i just open the capsules. Fair price too.
This is the base precursor for ND and NAD+ and whilst not working quite the same as these products, it does certainly help with energy levels in combination with vitamin B6. That's what I have found after using both for a number of weeks
So far, so good. This supplement has been recommended to me by a naturopathic doctor, to help with energy production in the mitochondria. It will take some more time to tell, but I am pleased I can take 2 a day without flushing.
