My teen kids take it on an daily basis during winter months+ with 200 mcg K2, and they almost never ill. Very important to take with sufficient K2 MK-7, to insure calcium goes to the bones instead to be stored in the blood vessels. These softgels are tiny. there is no issue to swallow.

These are easy to swallow since they're soft. I usually only use these when it's winter and I'm stuck indoors, as I live in a snowy climate. But I also take these when I feel a cold coming on. Works great!
