A great quality product. The ingredients are what i needed. The package is good. It tastes okay to me. I don’t like fish so it was a great substitute. I am in my twenties and it has been suitable to my age. The omega benefited my hair, weight and inflammation problems. It’s also said that it helps with heart troubles, cholesterol levels and brain health.
Good quality fish oil. No fishy smell, and when I burp, there’s a light lemon taste instead, which is a big plus. I also noticed there are two small orange plastic pieces inside the bottle to help prevent the softgels from sticking together, which is thoughtful. Easy to take and feels premium.
