This is my go to when I have allergy mucous, over-the-counter simaliar products hurt my stomach and don't agree with me. I am thankful for this product as I cut it in half and if needed take the other half. This helps me breathe and doesn't harm my body with synthetics. This is a high quality ingredient and I have been using it for years. Thank you.

Guaifenesin Expectorant is hugely helpful for dealing with my sinus pain and congestion. It helps to clear everything up and allows me to breathe easier, even when I have a bad cold. The tablets are not a large size and are easy to swallow. They are not meant to be chewed, so I couldn't say anything about the taste. There are no "yeast-derived ingredients, soy, dairy, or artificial colors", according to the manufacturer, but they don't say anything about wheat/gluten.
I use this when I have a cold, virus or sinus infection. It helps to thin the mucus in my sinuses and upper respiratory system. I recently had RSV and this really helped work at thining my thick mucus. I will keep this on hand.
