I have waited until I had my Vitamin D level re-tested as I wanted to comment on the efficacy of the product as well as the excellent service from iHerb. When I started taking these softgels, my level was 18 ng/ml and after taking one a day for 6 weeks, it is now 72 ng/ml - so I can safely say that they have worked for me! It is great to be able to buy 10,000IU capsules as they aren't available in the UK, and the price is excellent. If you are ordering from the UK and are in a hurry to receive your order, it is better to pay the extra for DHL shipping, as the ordinary post took 10 days, even though iHerb shipped the order the day I placed it.

An excellent D3 vitamin. High intake of D vit has been essential for me and has helped my depression more than any medications. It is a must have for getting more energy and feeling overall better.

This product is a good way to boost your immunity with Vitamin D. I took it during three winter and I found it to be effective. I didn’t get sick this year. This is great when you can’t get out in the sun as much as you’d like.

good quality product with a very good price. for everyone who has deficiency in D3 and mostly people are deficient in D3. for this dosage you definitely need to take vitamin K2 together with D3 for better absorption of calcium. for to have proper effect on your health, for every ten kilos of your body weight you need daily 2, 000iu of D3 (if you are 60 kg, your daily dosage is 12,000 IU of vitamin D3) so this package with 360 softgels is great solution.

I prefer this dosage to the lesser ones. 10000 is recommended for everyone regardless of age, despite the FDA's recommendation is much less, for obvious reasons.
