I've always used sea salt but figured it all taste the same... Au contraire! Yes I'm guilty of eye rolling when others would go on and on about the attributes of different salts. But no more, this one changed my life :) It really enhances foods flavor. A fresh baguette and olive oil with a sprinkle of salt is delicious!

Andy Griffith told the story of how he explained to George Lindsey the character of "Goober", who is a little dense and slightly off-kilter. Andy told George, "Goober is the kind of guy who would say, 'This is really good salt.'" Well, I'm here to say, this IS really good salt. There is a difference in salt from various places and various sources. I really like flake sea salt, and also like the pink Himalayan salt. Once you've tried a few types of salt, you'll never buy a container of Morton's again. But this salt is really the best salt I've tried. It's not as salty as other sea salts, and certainly less salty than the Himalayan salts. It's not quite pure white, which is nice. And it doesn't overpower the flavor of your food. Give it a try. You may become like Goober and me, and agree that this is really good salt.
I especially like the packaging, I'll definitely re use it. The salt tastes salty
I love this product & have bought extras to give to family & friends. It's ideal for a range of snacks especially avo on toast, tomatoes & omelettes. It just tastes great!
I usually buy this salt when I am in Provence, but now that I can get it from Iherb, I will.
The best finishing salt out there! I've used it for over 25 years!
I love this product! Elevates my dish to a higher level, taste good on all my creations. Good quality, clean and best salt for culinary use.
This is my favorite salt, incredible on hand-cut chips and a steak. A lovely indulgence. Highly recommend
High quality salt from France. Sel de fleur really elevates your dishes. Obviously the difference in taste won't be noticeable in soups or stews. However, when eating bread with just butter and this, or perhaps on a steak, it really shines. It's less salty than sea salt but has a slightly different aroma. It's hard to describe, but you can definitly taste the difference.
I had to try this salt and it's pretty good. Gives a nice touch of saltiness to bruschetta and other dishes as a finishing salt. I also like that it's actually sea salt in a flaky form that is harvested by hand from Southern France. It is also a bit expensive but less than buying it where I live.
