I haven't used this enough on anything tough to say whether it is great or just okay, but I can say that the scent is not overpowering. That was a concern of mine as I almost bought another brand of enzyme cleaner until I saw many reviews warning of the overpowering, headache-inducing scent. So I bought this instead, and no problems on that front, thankfully.
I have been using biokleen products for several years, but haven’t tried until recently this carpet cleaner.. it cleans carpets & removes stains and is also good for cleaning bathrooms… I think it works better than other cleaners. I sprayed it on and let it sit for about 15 minutes and then wipe off and rinse.

This is the best product I've found so far for getting the smell of child and cat urine out of clothes, bedding, etc. It also gets rid of body odor. I put it in the prewash in my machine and it's brilliant! I also use it when deep cleaning my cat's litter box
This did an awesome job cleaning up several old pet stains. I loved the lime essence. Plus it is a big bottle so I have some left.
Bac-Out used to be exclusively a spray liquid for laundry stains. Then the Bac-Out name spread into other products like this 'carpet stain + odor remover. I reviewed the ingredients (still having an older bottle) and being the same I continue to use this product for my laundry stain removal. Works great, spray just as you put the clothes into the washer. :~)

This cleaned a messy mistake my pitbull had !! I steamed cleaned it and I had to reapply several times but the funky smells have gone ! It doesn’t leave any strong smells behind it just smells clean.The lime esssence aroma is mild . Could come with a spray nozzle. Overall I would probably repurchase and certainly recommend this
