I’ve noticed a big improvement with my immune support since I’ve been taking this every day. I rarely get sick anymore, and this indicates to me that the quality is excellent. I have a sensitive body to food and natural products. I am also sensitive to gluten. That's why I often can't consume some products. These mushroom capsules are one such product. Even though they say they're gluten free I have a reaction to them like they have gluten in them. Before them I used other manufacturers and I had no reaction, it is present here. Whether there was contamination of the product or that they use mycelium that grows on grain, I do not know what the problem is, but I have problem. I can not judge the quality of the product, maybe it is top, but effects on my body are :-(
