I had a lump in my throat for several months, but it was fully gone after one month of using this. Anyone with lumps or cysts in their bodies should use this product. Great product, good quality.
Great quality product well researched, one of the best mushroom supplements I’ve personally tried. Ingredients are straightforward clean no unnecessary additives This mushroom is made out of mycelium. Highly beneficial. Comes in 2 different package sizes I’ve tried the 60 capsule first then purchased the 120 as it’s a better value. It’s recommended to take 2 pills a day.

Easy to swallow, medium size pills. Flavorless and no negative side effects. I purchased it to strengthen my immunity. I have always known about the proven benefits of adding mushrooms on a regular basis to my diet but in my city finding them fresh is nearly impossible. I got the Turkey Tail pills as an alternative due to the scientific evidence on it. Immediately the same week as I began to take it my overall skin is looking plumper, healthier and my digestion processes are easier. I take 4 pills a day because Host Defense website says the 2 pills recommendation (which equals one gram) is based on a healthy adult. Since I've had my share of health challenges in the past I decided to double the amount. I recommend it.

We love this mushroom, after all it is turkey tail! The pill size is perfect with a little bit of an after taste.
