Out of all the supplements bought to support the lung after a bout of mycoplasma pneumonia, this one blew me out of the water. Facilitated Clearer breathing. And improves one’s lung capability...didn’t get breathless climbing 4 flight of stairs anymore. All this within a week. My daughter has taken Singulaire, Avamys u name it.. things to widen airways, reduce nasal backdrip etc. This supplement is so effective she can literally stop using Singulaire. I didn’t wanna continue it for fear of reported psychotic episodes in other countries. If I were to choose one lung supplement, this would be it.
