Well packaged individual tablets that are easy to swallow. No garlic aftertaste or garlic breath. After 1-1/2 years of taking, my lipid panel bloodwork has improved dramatically. Cholesterol down 21 points and triglyceride level went from 338 to 96. Quality product with excellent results.
I normally take the 'Garlicin Cardio' product of the same brand, 2 of those twice/day. I decided to try these so I could take 1-tablet doses instead and it would save a little money as well. These pack quite an aroma when you pop 1 out of its blister-pack, and I did have a -mild- digestive reaction (stomach and gas) that I don't get when taking the Garlicin perhaps because these contain a concentrated extract in a very small pill, so I will continue taking the Garlicin 2 at-a-time.
