L-Theanine, 60 Vegan Capsules (100 mg per Capsule)

L-Theanine is used for pets in case of excessive barking, anxiety, fear, bad listening etc. When I buy L-Theanine for dogs in Holland it will cost me about 40 dollars a month ! I saved a lot of money buying L-Theanine at iHerb. After 1 year of using I can get my dog's attention when she is barking, she listens better and has no fear of thunder, lightning and even fireworks anymore. She also has much more self-confidence. That's a result of training but without L-Theanine it was not possible to train. I'm very happy with the results and surprised it's so effective. I have been taking these capsules for about a month now for severe panic disorder and although I cannot say that it takes away the panic, it has definitely helped to decrease the attacks. I also find if I take it every day that it helps my anxiety a lot. I find that 400mg's-600mg's is the best dosage for me. I also really like taking this before I drink coffee as it helps to lessen that jittery feeling that I get. Great product and I will continue to use it

I didn’t really notice much of a benefit from taking these but I’ve been using Xanax for years. I tried them for anxiety relief. There is no taste. I didn’t notice a difference in energy or stress. I hope they are effective for others but for me o didn’t notice the benefits.
