excellent. i will definitely buy again. it contains one resealable bag which contains four patches. the patches are stretchy so they are comfortable. advise: when using don't peel the back all at once, peel a small area then stick to body then peel the rest. it has a nice slight smell.
This is a local analgesic (similar to the tiger balm ointment) that has super fast effect and you will feel the relief up to 8 hour. These patches are large but you can always cut them if you need to put the on your knees for example or anywhere on the muscle or joint surface you need to relieve some pain. Be aware that there are transparent layers of plastic that needs to be remove - almost invisible. In general these patches are comfortable you can smell the menthol scent while once you put them one you might feel some burning sensation. No worries it is normal and . This is perfect option if you are allergic to some pain relievers. There won't be any problems with these patches and they are easy to use.
I am not a fan of the balm itself, but these plaster I feel work better than the balm. Nice warmth and to hot, really does feel like it helps my back pain to get moving in the mornings and I feel that they are very effective.
It's a product I really love, it's incredibly effective for back pain.
The best product I've found so far. I've tried many patches, and this one is the best size wise and quality wise. The scent is a bit strong comparing to others, but that's just tiger balm.. highly recommend.
