I would have used over 100 tubs of this since 2012. Its very nutritious and filling for me. I find it hard to eat enough food and have a lot of digestive issues. This is a life savior for me when I am run down or missing a meal. But I also use this daily in my morning smoothie alternating with the vegan protein with bananas & berries
took my time to review this product due to a lot of negative reviews about heavy metals and ingredients. I typically try to lean toward products that are organic and clean products and narrowed it down to a few - GOL being one of them. A LOT of people talk about heavy metals in this product, others say the ingredients have changed. I read a lot before purchasing this, because like you did not want to spend this kind of money on a product that is going to backlash and do more harm than good. From my own credible research, I discovered products that are plant based can contain heavy metals. Metals are found in the earth where vegetables are grown, so this is something that you cannot completely avoid. Luckily, GOL provides info online of all the heavy metals that are in fact in their product today. They even go to the land sites where their produce is grown and test the soil... pretty impressive! If interested just search this through the web. I also learned that in low amounts our bodies can absorb some of these.... like mercury. I read that mercury can be absorbed through fibrous foods.

Truly exceptional protein shake powder! It's a daily staple at our house. So many other protein shakes are sickly sweet or full of bitter stevia. This one has a perfect balance of 'lightly sweet' as they call it. It's delicious as part of a fruit smoothie or on its own mixed with oat milk.

This is the first time I’ve had a protein shake and not bloated afterwards. I added a banana and some almond milk and water and it was delicious. I love that it’s got greens and vitamins in it too. Ordered the Vitamins from this brand too and since their daily percentage is lower, combining it with the shake will make it more nutritious!
