I've been on the hunt for a decent probiotic, for me, for a long time. Keep trying different ones, sometimes 2 diff types/brands in combo form, which has worked better, but expensive to do that! FYI my specs: 59 yo female. So was traveling and always have bowel probs when traveling (sniff), nothing I'm used to was available, so decided to try this brand. Surprisingly, worked quite well! So I'll be taking this for awhile. It's powerful, you don't want to overtake this stuff. No refrigeration, another plus.

The idea that it passes through the stomach and reaches the intestines is interesting. I hope that’s the case. It would be different from others and more effective.

I found that even though these are small, and the packaging is compact, this supplement packs a digestive punch. My microbiome seems to be benefiting from this pill. My gut is calmer and my bout with constipation has been alleviated. The quality of this supplement must be pretty good because I do feel better. So, I will most likely buy these again.
