This combination is very potent high quality and aid in fighting flu viruses. The liquid formula ingredients make it is easier to take and digest but does have a strong taste.
This is a MUST herbal item, particularly when infections and colds abound. Stronger than just Echinacea alone, I love this as a 'stepped-up' plan to address any oncoming sniffles, and cold or flu symptoms. Nip it in the bud, and take a break from these herbs when you're better. I give total respect to Echinacea AND Goldenseal (combined or alone), as you want to use them ONLY when you need them, so feel free to take a break from them after the job is done. (Most companies will suggest not taking them for more than 2 weeks - at a time.) Once again, AMAZON had the best price!
We take some drops of this for whenever we start feeling under the weather or even for tooth or gum pain. We prefer tinctures as we can make a concoction with additional oregano oil and elderberry syrup.
