I love cinnamon. I buy in bulk because I use it often. This brand starwest organic cinnamon I use in baking, in my coffee, I use it when making chai or lattes. It lowers BP with just a 1/4 teaspoon/ day. A pharmacist told me that years ago. The taste of this cinnamon is they way cinnamon should taste. I buy in bulk that comes in a foil bag to keep it fresh. It’s easy to store that way as well. I recommend this brand. I like that they sell organic too.

I had ceylon cinnamon and this tastes very different from that type of cinnamon. . It creates a glutenous pudding substance in hot water. I'm not sure about it.
