I notice that when going to the gym I can exercise longer. The capsules are very good quality. They don't really have a taste so that's good. Some advice though, before you take it have something light to eat like a a small piece of bread (I eat half a banana) cause it might cause bloating and gas if you take on an empty stomach.

It seems to work although I haven’t done blood testing
I have never seen a better mixed Testo supplement myself. This thing helps with social life, workout, confidence etc. It is just great so I bought a second one. I suggest taking in empty-partially empty stomach and take 300ml+ water with it. The main ingredient doing the work here is likely Tongat Ali. This particular quality product comes in medium sized package, has no taste but quite a herby smell, benefits mental health and fitness/training.
