Ok, it may not be the fountain of youth in a bottle, but it is a great formula for getting older. This supplement is designed to help age related illness liked poor digestion, muscles weakness, lowered immunity, etc. Ive noticed an improvement in my stress and energy levels after a few weeks. This is a great product to help support the immune system. I began taking it in the fall to help ward of colds snd flus and I was only sick once in the winter. I usually get sick many times during cold and flu season so this was a great improvement for me. I also like the convenience of the pills asI am not always consistent enough with my herbal tea drinking. They used to call Codonopsis “ Poor man’s ginseng” because it had so many positive supportive effects on so many different parts and systems of the body in addition to providing an overall nourishing and balanced general support for your health. Astragalus is a great immune booster for me too and I love the two in combination.
