Vital Extracts, Boswellia, 450 mg, 60 VegCaps

I take Boswellia 1-2 times per day depending on my level of aches, pain and inflammation so I chose this Solaray product because of it's value for money. This Solaray product works as expected to decrease my experience of pain and discomfort from muscle strain, over exertion, tendonitis, arthritis. I usually take it after dinner which reduces aches and pains in bed, but sometimes I take it in the morning too with my turmeric and ginger if I've over-strained myself. It means I take less pain killers overall which is a good thing, and I get a better night's sleep.

I felt relief very quickly after taking it together with glucosamine chondroitin for my rheumatoid arthritis. I only have beginning stage of it.

I was eyeing on this product for a while and finally decided to get it since Franskincense oil works great for my husband back pain and it’s external use. This one he can take it internal and hopefully it’ll maintain his health/ pain in moderation. This one has higher doses than the one I got him last time and also has added on devil claw herb so I’m excited to see if it will work even better for him or not. The size and price are decent will last him a month or so. Clean and simple ingredients, no off smell or taste wise. So far so good

I take this for inflammation and stiffness. Works gently over time — not a miracle, but it does make a difference. No side effects for me.
