This was on the expensive side to buy in bulk, but much cheaper and better quality than what I could find domestically in the United Kingdom. I love using Slippery Elm as a binder for mould detox: 1 tsp - 1 tablespoon into a mug of hot or warm water, with a little bit of local honey and a shake of cinnamon. Do note that Ulmus rubra - the tree that slippery elm is made from - is endangered in the wild. Due to this, I avoid wildcrafted elm products and keep my use of this medicinal plant to a minimum and only when really needed.

this product i bought by recommendation of nutritient. Due to digestive problems, I need to drink this poweder first in a morning. it covers the stummick and allows to relax it . After half an hour I star eating. The powder has no taste at all. you put boil water for 1/4 spoon. keep it stay for 5 min and then drink.

I love this stuff….and am only to pleased to recommend it…..along with marshmallow root….its been a game changer for me and silent reflux…..which is more damaging than the heartburn acid reflux…..but it helps both…..and has enabled me to come off Omeprazole…..along with dietary changes…it works really well….and tastes lovely….particularly with milk…reminds me of horlicks….but also good mixed with fruit juice..very pleased to come across this company

I have not ingested this so I cannot speak to the taste, however, it smells super sweet. I have heard the smell likened to that of maple syrup. I use it in a poultice but its benefits include being great for acid reflux. The dosage I use is 1tsp but follow the direction of the package or the direction for what you are making.
