Fantastic quality, helps overall health and is a good intro Chinese herb from a reputable brand. Helps my skin and hair and also relaxes me. Supposed to be good for the liver. The only thing I don’t like is that they want you to take 6 per day. I see some benefits by only taking 3, I wish I could afford taking the recommended amount.

Fantastic product. Highly recommend it and it really helps with my energy level. I broke open a capsule of this Schizandra to add to a powdered Dragon He Shou Wu eeTee but wanted to evaluate the powdered extract first before adding to the He Shou Wu. The taste was very tart...almost like a very tart cherry and was very aromatic. This folks is the real-deal Schizandra as it is so tart and fruity.

Dragon Herbs are almost always very good to best quality and Di Tao - meaning from the best growing source / site (in this case Changbai Shan - the mountain range in NE China, close to Korea). As far as I know the concentration is 8:1 - so 1 x 500mg capsule is equivalent to 4 grams of wu wei zi (translated = 5 flavour seed = schizandra). If you open a capsule, the flavour is excellent, and can be made into a hot herbal drink with water.

I really like the quality and the benefits that this on fruit has on multiple levels. Taste is mild and the dosage is good too.
I purchased this for overall health and also to help with my liver’s detoxification process. I’m not new to schizandra but I’m new to this brand, but it’s been great so far
I was recommended this after completing a health questionnaire on the Dragon Herbs website which is free and I suggest you give it a try for advice specific to your own concerns. I take it as part of the protocol recommended and so far so good. The capsules are on the bigger side and the dosage is 6/day, there is no taste and they do not upset my tummy. The ingredients list is minimal.
Schizandra is great for the liver according to traditional Chinese medicine. Dragon herbs makes very high quality products and always provides the ingredients list with a description on their website. I noticed a balanced feeling when I consumed schizandra.
