This is a vitamin D supplement of average quality but at a higher price. The capsule size is tiny and easy to swallow. I take it once a day with a meal. The dosage is good. It doesn't have a weird taste and smell. My only issue with this product is the price. So try to get it on sale.

Protocol for Life Balance products are typically pretty clean, but you always need to check! After having my levels tested, they were on the high side, so I set aside my 5000 IU potency for the 2000 IU potency. I would not consider this "high potency" as labled - I usually get my levels checked twice per year. Affordable and a generally good dosage for most. Just make sure you take magnesium and K2 along with D3 for the best absorbency!
