I like the chewable berry flavored multivitamin. It is easier to chew, than it is to swallow some of the larger types of vitamins. I also like the berry flavor.

Its'a a very good multivitamin complex, which improve energy, health and immune system. The size and package are good. The taste is OK, not too sweet. Very mild on stomach. Very good quality. Recommended.
I usually buy the pineapple flavor of this brand. This was my first time purchasing the exotic red berry flavor. I like the taste of this one much better. It also includes a high quality red whole foods blend with numerous extra ingredients. I may stick with this one depending upon the cost.

Chewables are a great option for people who find it hard to swallow whole pills. It is better than gummies, in my opinion, since those have so much sugar in them. This one is also more affordable than the bigger brands. It tastes good too. My wife says she does not like the aftertaste. So, I had to buy her a different supplement. It's fine for me, though. I'll definitely buy again.
I always order kids multivitamin from natures plus for my kids. This time i wanted to try the adult multivitamin.
