I'm a fan of liquid omega because the pill supplements are usually way too big for me to swallow so this is a great alternative. Good flavor, and very competitive price, cheaper on iHerb than my local grocery store.
I decided to leave a review because this is the first Omega complex that led to real changes in my son, who has autism. I chose this product specifically because it contains the nutrients my son was found to be deficient in based on his test results. After using the product, I noticed a significant improvement in my child's cognitive skills, although the recommended dose of one tablespoon caused hyperactivity. We therefore reduced the dosage to one teaspoon, which proved to be the perfect balance for us—improving cognitive skills without triggering hyperactivity.
This was my third bottle. I still had one in the fridge, so I put the unopened new one in our pantry. Unfortunately, once I finished the original bottle and opened the new one, its contents had a strong fishy taste. It was fully sealed, but maybe I should have put it in the fridge when it arrived. PS my next bottle tastes fine!
I use this as a spread for bread, may not be the best way to eat this but I think it helps me to eat it better. Love the orange taste and prefer this over the promogranate one. Thick and creamy, high quality and the ingredients help nourish my skin.

I've used Barlean's for years but always bought it locally. Unfortunately, our local health food store was just sold and the new owners have almost doubled the price of this. I decided to give iHerb a try and have been very happy with the quality and prices. There is ZERO fishy taste and it's so easy to use.
Great taste. I used it as a treat after lunch or dinner. The omegas daily value are high which is great. I find it easy on the stomach and doesn’t make you bloated or gassy. Packaging is sold and high premium quality
Great taste and so healthy! not fishy at all. even our kids like Barleen's-- mango peach is their favorite. if you like creamsicles or orange julious, you'll probably like this.
This one is my favorite flavor for this brand I aslo like the lime flavor but I prefer this one both are equally tasty. You don't have worry about the nasty after fish taste or belch form taking fish oil great option. High recommend. The only thing I don't like are calories associate with flavoring probably but they low.
