This Nature's Life Niacinamide (500 mg) is a great supplement with no flushing effect, which I appreciate. It helps with energy levels and supports my skin health. The tablets are a bit large, but still manageable. I noticed some benefits, but I think the absorption could be slightly better. Overall, a solid product that I would recommend!

It's good, I have been taking it for some time now and it I can feel the difference with the acne, it is supposed to help with the bones as well, yet to see some results there, The best thing I like is that it doesn't have any binders, which are not good for health. Will continue to use

Vitamin B3 comes in two forms: niacin and niacinamide. the main difference between the two is that niacinamide is flush free. Both forms are said to be important for skin health. After trying both, I personally prefer niacin because it gives me better results.

Good effect, no flushing as opposed to straight niacin. The tablets are a bit big (may be hard to take for some as they have an odd shape) and taste bitter, but don't leave an aftertaste after swallowing
