Stress is known to affect vitamin B levels, so this supplement is good insurance. One of the best parts is that there is no niacin flush, which I've experienced with other B-complex supplements. Quality ingredients, decent size and slips down quickly. Works quicker than tablets... easier on the tummy. I never worry with these and feel I'm covered for whatever. I've Taken them for years I continue to do so.

Overall, this is a good, reliable B-complex supplement that gets the job done. However, a fair warning: it smells really bad when you open the bottle. Also, as is typical with high-dose B-vitamins, expect your urine to turn a bright neon yellow or green. If you can get past the harsh odor, it is a worthwhile purchase for the price.

A good source of energy. A must for me to take when I go for my exercise. It gives me all the energy I need. Especially those who have low metabolism it gives energy.

Trying out this first time as I understand the benefits of this supplement. Bought based on the good reviews and the quality ingredients. However, it didn't work for me as I didn't feel much effect. The packaging, size and taste are acceptable. I will consider this product again for my future purchase.

Increased energy levels or improved sleep. A supplement that works for one person might not work for another. There's no flavor and it's very easy to swallow, doesn't leave a bitter after taste. Doesn't seem to be any bad side effects - no upset stomach, no rashes or anything. Great benefits. Superb quality!

I took this for few years n it’s good for lower the pressure on work, only it’s easy to change the colour if u take it out for long! I can hv good sleep in the night time!
