I purchased this product since bamboo has 10X more biotin than other biotin products. I wanted it to promote hair growth which it does however what I wasn’t expecting, was the improvement to my nails!!! My nails are thicker and stronger… I’m so pleased with this product I put it on auto ship each month!

Very good quality ingredients! Silicon is very important for the health of all connective tissues, hair, teeth, nails and skin. The supplement became mandatory for me 4 times a year along with others for bone support. The packaging is average, you need to drink 2 times a day. I see improvements after a month of taking it.
