This supplement contains vitamin K2 in the form of Menaquinone-7 or MK-7. MK-7 is superior (well absorbed) than MK-4 (poor bioavailability). I've ordered this one twice and think I'll keep ordering. It seems like it is good quality. It has the K2 plus a good amount of whole food ingredients that are organic. The only negative is that there is "Maltodextrin" in it which I'd prefer to avoid. The other K2 that I like a lot is by Mitolife but is more costly so affordability is a consideration.
It is an organic product with with quite a number of daily used plants and vegetables, with such ingredients its quality should not be compromised. Since it has been so carefully prepared with selected healthy plants, I believe it should be a good try. Size of one bottle can last for 60 days. Dosage is one per day. First time buying and not yet started. Should be able to review more when starting to use it.
