I think if you’re hitting the gym regularly, this might be the pro powder you’re looking for. It’s got everything. Came recommended by a body builder friend of mine who has biceps the size of my waist. But since Syntha-6 came out, so many excellent tasting plant-based proteins have come out. (Please read my review on California Gold Cinnamon Bun flavored pea protein.) I wouldn’t turn away a glass of Syntha-6, but unfortunately it’s no longer my go-to protein powder.

I am a nighttime refluxer with LPR this has helped me a lot to combat the condition, I have realized that a single tablet or even half is the sweet spot, 2 as instructed usually cause more issues, I think it's because of the stomach being too full and that creates opportunity for the LES to relax. So if you are a nighttime refluxer, take that into account, overall great product.

I do like this protein, I like that it has carbs and digests easy, some days I take it before my workout. However, ingredient list is very long and some brands offer protein with less ingredients. This protein though taste soooo good and I love how large this package is, so I don’t need to worry about running out of protein for a while. I am trying to get more protein in my diet and made ice cream with this protein and it was absolutely amazing. I mixed frozen (defrosted for mixing) bananas and one scoop of protein for each banana. Blend with immersion blender and freeze in a ziplock. Gosh… absolutely amazing, highly recommend

Very tasty, high-quality protein. Sometimes I mix it with milk and it turns out very tasty. It tastes like ice cream. Reminds me of childhood. I recommend it before and after strength training.

This protein tastes the best. The ration of calories to protein is not the best but it’s still better tasting than regular protein and much better macros than a gainer. Quality ingredients.
