i prefer chewable vitamin C, easier to take, less acidity, gentler on my tummy. i read a study that said 500mg may be too much in one go, so i use a pill cutter to split the dose into 125 mg sizes. quality and flavor are great. vitamin C boosts the body's immunity.

it's about the flavor of them, I didn't mind but younger members of my family strongly disliked this specific berry flavor compared to others we've tried. I also noticed the jar doesn't keep all the moisture out.

I like natural factors vitamin c. it has many great ingredients along with vitamin c. also, the taste is not bad.You can be easily accustomed to it. also, it's not that stomach upsetting. My wife likes these better than any other type of Vitamin C supplement. They are tasty, the right strength and enjoyable to chew. They're sort of like candy. That's the lone downside; if you're watching carb intake, be sure to consider the label on these.
I bought these to replace sugar-filled vitamin C gummies for a child. The child prefers the gummies by far. I'm told these taste like those Flintstone multivitamins - better than nothing but not actually great. That said, *I* like them because of the lower sugar content. We will see if we buy these again.
I think this is by far the best tasting chewable vitamin C. My husband and I love it so much that we bought different flavors to try out.
