I am an adult female, and have been told calcium is very important to me. I have been taking Animal Parade Calcium because of certain stomach conditions, and it's easier for me to take my vitamins and supplements in a chewable form. I decided to try Animal Parade Calcium since most of the other chewable calcium supplements are chalky and taste nasty. Not this one, I love these. They taste just like vanilla milk shakes and they don't leave a powdery aftertaste in my mouth like Tums and other calcium supplements do. Thank goodness I found these. I'll be ordering more very soon.
