It fortified with iron which is good for my baby's diet. This cereal has organic ingredients and plain taste ( no added sugar and flavor) - good quality. I give it to my baby 2 times a week as it can cause constipation as a side effect of iron. You can also mix it with other cereals half and half. It lasts longer because I dont prepare it everyday.
