Zinc is very good for your immune system. I like this brand because there is no extra ingredients that are not good for you. As soon as i notice a sore throat, i put it straight in my throat and let it sit for a minute. This is medical medium recommendation. I give it to my kids as well.

Easy to take and better absorption than using caps or tabs. Zinc is already diluted in the water, so just 1 Tablespoon a day and your good to go. very happy I purchased this item.
